 Maui Lifestyle... More than just a room with a view...After living on the north shore of Oahu,I arrived on Maui in 1970 and spent my first summer , surfing, camping & exploring the Island. My stay was extended, when one day, exiting the surf ,I discovered my camper-Van was stolen along with everything I owned. All that I possesed was my surboard and the swim trunks I was wearing. Just 20 years old and to proud to call home for help, I slept on the beach and lived on P-nutbutter sandwiches, until I could obtain some clothes, and find a Job. Life on Maui in the early 70's was sweet, changes were very subtle,and I lived a very spontaneous lifestyle with many exciting and adventurous twists & turns.. Today I am blessed with a wonderful family and own a Multi-million Dollar home within the Kaanapali Golf Estates.. I enjoy entertaining friends & Family at home and sharing my culinary talents...Also, I enjoy an occasional round of Golf,a little surf, a good swim and a good book, my Ipod on a day at the beach restores my tranquilty. Over a period of time I achieved the following: 1971- 1985 - 14 Years of Culinary experience,Kitchen Manager and Supervised a few West Maui Restaurants. In 1985 - obtained a State of Hawaii Real Estate License and purchased my first Maui Home. 1987- Obtained a Realestate Broker's License . 1989-1990- ChaneyBrooks, Top New Project sales awards 1990-1992 - ChaneyBrooks Multi Million Dollar sales awards 1993-1996-Principal Broker- Maui Hawaiian Properties Inc. 1996-2000 - Coldwell Banker Multi-Million Dollar producer awards, Diamond society and President circle awards. 2001- 2010- Broker-In-Charge, Coldwell Banker West Maui office. National & Regional office Sales & Listing awards. 2005 AIM (Alliance to Improve Maui)Joined founding members group of eight others, who's combined efforts and donations have spearheaded the Maui Preparatory Academy, West maui's first Private school) which had its 1st graduating class in June 2010. In 2006 - present day, I was also elected Vice President - Board of Directors of The Kaanapali Golf Estates Home Owners Association. GOALS FOR 2010' - Personal sales volume to $ 50 Million, Keep a smile on my face, help friends and family , and those less fortunate succeed in life, and send love now, and into the future.. I wll be a Voice calling, Hands healing,... I will be your Chain Breaker, a Peace maker and I can be your feet walking in a Broken world. |
